is a lot of responsibility have a blog, update, and search for information constantly.
is a job I like and I feel really good about the return they give me some, because that's where the result is reflected in my work, call it that.
And I always asked myself this question, and I wrote some time ago, and if not celiac? uff, and a lot of answers invaded my mind.

If it was not celiac:

• would have the same comfort of others when eating ...
• It may take me a cold beer in any bar, accompanied by a rich minced ...
• I could eat the cookies that my daughter invites me ...
• You may enter a kiosk and buy what I please ...
• Do not take with me everywhere the book ...
• Do not have full memory to remember so many brands and they are going and coming ...

But if it was not celiac:

• I feel like I was a long time ... poor, tired, low pressure, anemic, fainting ...
• I would not have known to everyone I know ...
• Do not have this blog ...
• No known or know anything about celiac disease ...
worse and would not be a healthy person ...
